What would I wear for the 1° day of Spring?

Well if only the temps were a little more friendly, you would find me following the tradition of Skirt Day and going bare legged with sandals and a flowing skirt around my knees (years ago it would have been a bit higher 🙂 but since I woke up to 8°C  this morning, I will have to let my daydreaming extend to internet, Polyvore and Pinterest.  And the man in my life, well . . . in doors with the heater on max and in front of a roaring fire I can show-off all the skirts he likes!
